Zwei kreative Köpfe aus dem Mühlviertel haben sich zusammengetan und mit viel Liebe ein Projekt auf die Beine gestellt. Mara Wallinger und Lisa Keplinger haben ihre Leidenschaften und Fähigkeiten vereint und so das „Kochbuch der etwas anderen Art“ kreiert.
Dabei geht es ihnen darum, Alternativen zu Weizen, Zucker & Co. zu präsentieren. Über 40 Rezepten zeigen, wie einfach und lecker Kochen mit gesunden Alternativen sein kann. Angefangen von Milchreis, über Pancakes, süßen Knödeln, Kuchen, Brot, veganen Pastagerichten, Wedges und Salaten bis hin zum vegetarischen Burger ist alles dabei. Da für die beiden Kochen und „glücklich sein“ irgendwie zusammengehören, ist das Kochbuch auch mit Sprüchen verziert, die Genuss, positive Energie und gute Laune vermitteln.
